The Story Behind 'The Airport Chaplain' featuring Korus Connect

'The Airport Chaplain' is an exciting new Australian series which premiers Wednesday 26 August on SBS and SBS On Demand, with Netflix taking it to over 190 countries and regions.

The idea for this series came about following an interaction with our chaplain at the time, Martyn, and a producer who had lost her handbag. Martyn assisted and supported her through the situation, which ultimately inspired Wooden Horse to develop the story into a drama series. It was the search and recovery of the lost bag and further conversation with our airport chaplain at the time, sparked the idea for this series!
