Korus Connect Box Hill Connector Ian Bunston, as part of the ‘Men on Mondays’ (MOMs) group, is sending an invitation to listen to Hugh MacKay speak to the topic of his new book, ‘The Kindness Revolution.’

This online meeting will be held on Monday 19 July, 8am – 9am, with a presentation, followed by a QandA session and small group discussions.

Mackay is a social psychologist, who has penned 22 books, covering social analysis, psychology, communication and ethics. The Australian author is currently based in Canberra.

The book publisher, Allen and Unwin stated: ‘The Kindness Revolution captures the essence of Mackay’s life’s work as social psychologist and researcher. To quote from the book’s opening chapter: “To be kind – always and to everyone – is to be fully, gloriously human, and every act of kindness is one more step towards a better society.” This is not just the launch of a book; it is a call for a revolution’.

All welcome. If you wish to attend this open online event, please RSVP to Ian by Monday 12 July via email: ibunston@korusconnect.org.au and the relevant Zoom link will be sent to you.
